About AM Safety Partners

We operate from our headquarters in Irvine, California, and provide field-based safety consulting across nine Southern California counties: Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County, and Kern County.

Orange County is our home market, where proximity supports responsive, consistent field coverage. Los Angeles County is a key regional market where we have built direct experience on public works, school district, and educational facilities construction projects.

Across all nine counties, we deliver the same field-based approach — our safety professionals working on active jobsites alongside project teams, not consulting remotely from an office.

We are a field-based firm. Our safety professionals spend their time on active construction sites — observing conditions, reviewing work practices, documenting findings, coordinating with project teams, and following up on corrective actions.

We do not deliver safety binders and step away. Our support is structured around what each project requires: the scope of work, the contract safety requirements, the owner's expectations, and the real conditions on the ground.

Typical engagements include structured inspection programs, site-specific safety plan development, safety documentation support, compliance gap identification, and on-site safety representation. The right combination depends on the project — its size, its phase, its contract requirements, and the stakeholders involved.

Inspections are central to most of our engagements. They are how we maintain visibility into jobsite conditions, track corrective actions, and provide the written documentation that contractors, owners, and agencies rely on.

A significant portion of our project history involves environments with elevated documentation, oversight, and coordination expectations: public works projects, school district construction, community college facilities construction, and OCIP-managed programs.

These environments require more than standard safety inspection services. They require familiarity with owner-specific documentation formats, district coordination protocols, occupied-site considerations, and the compliance verification processes that characterize publicly funded and institutionally managed construction.

We work within these requirements. Our experience with LAUSD, Pasadena USD, Oxnard UHSD, El Monte UHSD, and LACCD reflects direct involvement in projects where these expectations are standard — not optional.
